Simvotin EZ

Simvotin Ez contains Ezetimibe and Simvastatin as active ingredients. Simvotin EZ is a cholesterol-lowering medicine (statins). It works by blocking an enzyme (HMG-CoA-reductase) that is required in the body to make cholesterol. It thus lower "bad" cholesterol (LDL), triglycerides and raise "good" cholesterol (HDL).

Simvotin Ez is used for fatty substances decrease, high-density lipoprotein increase, high cholesterol level, primary hyperlipidemia, homozygous sitosterolemia and other conditions. Simvotin Ez works by blocking an enzyme HMG CoA that is needed by the body to make cholesterol; inhibiting the absorption of cholesterol in the intestine.

The most common side effects of this drug are dizziness; abdominal fullness; neck pain; sore throat; black or tarry stools; bleeding time prolonged; runny nose; sneezing; join pain; bleeding gum; bloating; rashes; blood in urine or stools; increased liver enzyme; chills; constipation; chest pain; back pain; darkened urine; indigestion; fast heartbeat; fatigue; dry mouth; heartburn; weakness; increased uric acid levels in blood; limb swelling; itching; insomnia; muscle cramp or pain; urticaria; tingling sensation; or tenderness.
